WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?Your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days of the order being placed. Please note that standard international shipping fees do not include taxes or duties and they may differ depending on your region.
ARE SHIPPING TIMES AFFECTED BY COVID-19?
Your safety is our top priority!
At this time, certain items may see a delay due to additional precautions being taken to secure your ship net and ensure the safety of your ordered items. Please allow between 2-4 WEEKS for your order to arrive. As of May 2020, most orders are arriving within 2 weeks to Canada and the US after processing. If more than 30 days have passed you should have already received communication from our team. However, in rare circumstances if we haven’t reached out to you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
HOW MUCH DUTY AND TAX WILL I HAVE TO PAY?
We're unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, your shipping cost includes all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
WILL YOU SHIP TO AN INTERNATIONAL P.O. BOX?
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
CAN YOU ADJUST THE VALUE OF MY ORDER?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
CAN ALL ITEMS SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship selfcare to guests living outside of Canada and the US.
HOW DOES RETURN SHIPPING WORK?Customer satisfaction is our number #1 priority. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will send a replacement item right away or provide a full refund on your purchased item once we receive the returned item.
We take the guess work out of returns and make it easy to return your product if you’re not satisfied. All returns will be sent to our Canadian address. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you should email us at email@example.com And we’ll initiate the return process with you.
You will receive a full refund for your product. However, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
